Implementation Details::
The company conducts education and promotion on the “Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations,” “Internal Handling Procedures for Material Nonpublic Information,” and related laws and regulations at least once a year for current directors, executives, and employees. For newly appointed directors and executives, education and promotion are arranged within three months of their appointment, and new employees receive education and promotion during pre-employment training conducted by the HR department.
In the fiscal year 2023, the company provided a total of 174 hours of education and training to 28 current directors, executives, and employees as of December 20th.
The content of the session includes confidentiality measures for material nonpublic information, explanations of the causes, determination process, and examples of insider trading, as well as the scope of material nonpublic information, confidentiality measures, public disclosure procedures, and handling of violations.
After the session, the presentation slides and audio files are uploaded to the company’s internal employee system for reference by those who were unable to attend on the day of the session.
