Employee personal safety and protection measures

The company is committed to providing a safe working environment and implementing comprehensive occupational safety measures to ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees.

1、Comprehensive access control system:

To provide a secure working environment and ensure the personal safety of employees, facial recognition systems are installed at the main entrances of the company. Access control systems and surveillance systems are also in place in public office areas and the factory premises.

2、Workplace Environmental Safety and Protection Measures

  1. Air conditioning and ventilation equipment is maintained once a year.
  2. Water dispensers undergo maintenance four times a year.
  3. Fire protection systems are installed and integrated with security alarm systems.
  4. The office environment is designed with soft lighting to reduce eye discomfort.
  5. Smoking is prohibited in all office areas, except for designated smoking areas.

3、Establishment of Safety and Health Work Guidelines

To maintain workplace safety and health, safeguard the lives, properties, and physical well-being of employees, safety and health work guidelines are established in compliance with the law. These guidelines define the responsibilities of personnel at all levels (managers and workers) and regulate the operation and principles of equipment to prevent accidents.

4、Regular Occupational Safety and Health Lectures and Fire Drills

In accordance with relevant regulations, occupational safety and health management personnel are appointed, and two occupational safety lectures and fire drills are conducted annually to reduce potential risks in the workplace and minimize the occurrence of occupational accidents.

5、Employee Health Check-ups

To strengthen employee health management and maintain their physical well-being, employee health check-ups are conducted every two years.

6、Prevention of Sexual Harassment

To prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, uphold gender equality and personal dignity, measures and disciplinary guidelines are established for preventing and addressing workplace sexual harassment. An appropriate authority is designated within the company to establish a comprehensive complaint mechanism.1
