1. Management and operation of the group’s financial planning, fund raising, and allocation.

3. Planning, consolidation, and review analysis of the group’s annual budget.

4. Handling of board meetings, shareholder meetings, shareholder affairs, and maintenance of relationships with external stakeholders.

5. Operational analysis and investment project evaluation.

Audit Office

1. Assessment of the soundness, reasonableness, and effectiveness of the group’s internal control systems.

2. Conduct internal audits for the group to ensure the implementation of internal control systems and operational procedures, and provide recommendations for improving any deficiencies.

Management Dept.

1. Compile annual goals based on operational policies and assist in promoting and managing them.

2. Review, audit, and improve the standard operating procedures for operational work.

3. Maintenance and support of human resources policies and systems.

5. Handling of headquarters administrative and general procurement matters.

6. Maintenance and management of legal and intellectual property matters.                     

7. Initiation and execution of project-based work.

Information Management Dept.

1. Integration planning and implementation of the group’s information policies and systems.

2. Planning, execution, and operational maintenance of the group’s information systems.

3. Planning, promotion, supervision, and auditing management of the group’s information security work.

4. Planning, management, promotion, and supervision of information hardware, equipment, and network.

5. Planning and assistance for the group’s project-based work.

Business &

Operations Dept.

1. Formulate business marketing strategy plans, implement new business opportunities for related products, and develop new models.

2. Coordinate the market operations of the entire group, establish a comprehensive business operation system, lead and streamline the business team.

3. Report on the analysis and evaluation of the market trends.

4. Negotiate customer transaction patterns and conditions, maintain customer relationships and manage order placement.

5. Project manage the introduction of new models into the factory production stage (coordination and progress control between customers and factories)

6. Assist in the collection management of accounts receivable

7. Coordinate, track, and ensure production meets customer delivery requirements.

Research & Development Dept.

1. New technology/new product development:     

(1) Evaluation, introduction, design verification, R&D and analysis of the new technology/products     

(2) New product development: process design technology development, specification formulation, cost analysis, mass production planning and execution                            

(3) Sourcing, evaluation, introduction, and development of new technology for special processes

2. Improve production technology.

3. Improve technologies such as sputtering and assembly.

4. Assist operational units in the development of product lines and the enhancement of process technology capabilities6. Patent Management

Production &

Manufacturing Dept.

1. Establish peripheral functions for each plant area and integrate and promote the 5S system.

2. Integrate and allocate resources among different plants.

3. Project manage the introduction of new models/products into mass production.

4. Promote and achieve responsible goals for quality, delivery, inventory, and payment.

5. Maintain and manage customer relationships for mass production customers.

6. Improve production yield and manage and optimize the processes.

7. Manage production scheduling and delivery.

8. Control and ensure the achievement of various cost targets

9. Other plant management work.
