Salary is disbursed on the 10th of each month for the previous month (One day in advance in case of holidays)5. Maternity/Paternity Bonus

If the Company makes a profit in a given year, it shall allocate 1% to 10% to employee compensation and no more than 3% to directors’ compensation. However, if the Company has accumulated losses, it shall reserve funds in advance to cover them.
Of the aforementioned employee compensation percentage, no less than 0.5% shall be allocated to junior staff compensation.
